Account Deletion Policy

Requesting Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Baiji Food account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

• Email us at info@baiji-food.com from the address associated with your account
• Include the subject line: “Delete My Baiji Food Account”

Alternatively, you may delete your account directly in the app via:

• Settings > Delete Account

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon successful deletion:

• ✅ Your email, phone number, password, and address will be permanently removed
• ✅ Location data (lat/lng) and order history will be deleted
• ❌ Anonymous statistical or usage data may be retained for internal reporting purposes

Retention Period

We typically process account deletion requests within 7 business days. In rare cases, some data may be retained for a limited time for legal or audit purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
